Katy Perry has a new project – as the face of the U.K.-based hairstyling and appliance brand GHD, according to reports. Perry will appear in ads for GHD, shot by famed photographer David LaChapelle, and GHD will act as the international sponsor for Perry’s “California Dreams 2011” tour. The GHD brand, launched in 2001, is known for its hairstyling appliances. A complementary line of hair products was added in 2006. More info:www.ghdhair.com
